In addition, we deliver to Post Office boxes and rural delivery addresses. For rural delivery addresses, please ensure we have your Rural Delivery (RD) number and any additional information to assist us getting your order to you as soon as possible. This should be within one to two working days for delivery. Delivery costs of returning any items will be at your own expense.
Returns
Please contact us first and we will arrange the details with you. As long as the product is unopened and in original condition, we will refund your money less a handling fee and shipping which will confirm with you.
Kindly do not return products to our listed addresses. We will provide you with a return address. If you return your products to our main address you will be charged an additional freight forwarding fee.
Products must be returned within 14 days of order to be eligible for refund.
